I had a reallly rough morning, but I somehow rallied and decided to go on a PST adventure in the afternoon. I took the bus to Union Station to see the mural L.A. History: A Mexican Perspective on its last day – it was amazing, and I apparently just missed Dolores Huerta! From there, I went to MOCA and JANM, got a salted caramel mochi, and continued onto La Plaza to see the rest of ¡Murales Rebeldes! L.A. Chicana/o Murals Under Siege. And then I wandered around Olivera Street for a while and accidentally ended up at the most amazing Dios de los Muertos performance. A wonderful day!
